Please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be confirmed by our accounting team. Once confirmed, you will be manually enrolled into your course and will receive your log-in details and a welcome email from your new CanSTEM Education instructor to help get you started!

3. Return to this form and select the payment verification method you would like:

4. Submit this form after payment is submitted and payment verification is complete.

• A fee of $50 must be paid at registration. Any fees paid are non-refundable. NO REFUND.
• All fees must be paid between day 1 to day 10 of the month, or tutoring will be stopped until the balance is cleared.
• Use of phones or any other electronic gadget is not permitted in classrooms. You must surrender them at the front desk. Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom.
• You must finish your hours within the same month; there is no transferring or carrying over of pending hours due to absences. NO REFUND.
• We do not guarantee marks, results of your course, satisfaction of our services, or scholarships. No refunds will be issued for the same.
• Switching from in-class to online or online to in-class requires a fee, and only one switch is allowed. The fee must be paid before the switch is done.
• If the course requires any paid subscriptions, the student will be responsible for purchasing them separately and informing the teacher. The cost of these subscriptions is not included in the course fee.
• I agree to receive text messages, emails, and phone calls from CanSTEM Education Private School regarding deadlines, pending payments, and other relevant school communications.
• Students are responsible for attending all scheduled classes. The school does not provide follow-ups for missed sessions.
• Missed classes will not be rescheduled unless informed at least 24 hours ahead of the class time. Failure to attend does not qualify for any transfer or adjustment in fees.
• Transferring the fee from one paid service, program, or course to another is not permitted.
• For detailed terms and conditions of your enrollment, fee schedules, and policies, refer to the official website.
• If a class is missed due to a teacher’s absence or a statutory holiday, a make-up class will be arranged. However, if a student is absent, no make-up class will be provided.

The electronic signature and all of its related fields replaces a handwritten signature on paper and is legally binding.
