Include your full name (as it was entered in this form) and the course(s) registering for into the notes section. Not including this information may result in a delay in the activation of the course(s).

Please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be confirmed by our accounting team. Once confirmed, you will be manually enrolled into your course and will receive your log-in details and a welcome email from your new CanSTEM Education instructor to help get you started!

3. Return to this form and select the payment verification method you would like:

Method 1: Copy the Order ID from your emailed receipt and paste it in the 'Order ID' field on this page

Method 2: Take a screenshot of your full transaction receipt and upload the image on this page

4. Submit this form after payment is submitted and payment verification is complete.

• Copy the Order ID (pictured below) and paste it into the Order ID field on this page

 

Method 2 Directions

• Check your email for a payment receipt from Clover. Click on the 'full transaction receipt' link as pictured below.

• Take a screenshot of the Order ID (pictured below) and upload it into the Order ID upload field on this page

• A fee of $50 must be paid at registration. Any Fees Paid are Non-Refundable. NO REFUND.
• All fees must be paid between day 1 to day 10 of the month, or Tutoring will be stopped till balance cleared.
• Use of Phones or any other Electronic Gadget is not permitted in classrooms. You must surrender at the front desk. Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom - Click Here to know more
• You must finish your hours within the same month , there is no transferring or moving over of the pending hours due to absences, NO refund.
• We do not guarantee marks, results of your course, satisfaction of our services or scholarship. No refunds will be issued, for the same.
• Switching from In-Class to ONLINE or ONLINE to In-class requires fees, and only one switch is allowed. Fee must be paid before switch is done.
